AWM and Hereford Council are taking forward the regeneration of this 40ha site immediately North of the historic City centre.
Advantage West Midlands is working in partnership with Birmingham City Council and investing £68 million in this ten year project to transform the east side of Birmingham City centre with a new City Park, a Learning and Leisure Quarter and Eastside Locks, a mixed use technology park.
Advantage West Midlands, together with Arts Council for England, is helping to fund the £100 million redevelopment of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and its surrounding Waterfront estate in Stratford upon Avon.
Situated midway between Coventry and Warwick off the A46, Stoneleigh Park is the home of the world-famous Royal Show.
Advantage West Midlands is contributing £100m to the Birmingham Gateway project to redevelop New Street Station, working in partnership with Network Rail, Birmingham City Council and Centro.
